Experience the perfect Sunday ritual with Bronx Flow. Join us every Sunday morning from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM for an energizing yoga session held right here in our shop before we officially open our doors.
Whether you are a seasoned yogi or unrolling your mat for the first time, we welcome all experience levels to breathe, stretch, and find their flow. It’s the best way to clear your mind and ensure your week gets off to a better start.
